Yakima Police Chief Dominic Rizzi, Captain Jay Seely and Yakima Police Officers Scott Grant and Jake Lancaster paid a visit to Wide Hollow Elementary School Thursday, November 17th. They visited Mrs. Durham’s 3rd grade class and delivered gifts to the students. The students had recently sent letters to YPD officers, thanking the officers for keeping them safe. In response YPD presented the children with gifts including coupons, compliments of McDonald’s and thank you cards from YPD Officers. Thank you students and Mrs. Durham.
