Summitview Avenue Convenience Store Robbed at Gunpoint

At about 12:35 am on Wednesday, November 7th, Yakima police officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at a convenience store at 1512 Summitview Avenue.  When officers arrived on scene, a cashier at the business told them that a suspect had entered the store, pointed a gun at the cashier, and demanded money.  The cashier complied with the demand and the suspect left the store on foot.

Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white man wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans, black and white shoes, and gloves and was wearing a black mask over his face.
