Yakima Police Chief Dominic Rizzi, along with Captains Gary Jones and Jay Seely were the featured speakers at the Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheon on Monday, September 12th, at the Yakima Convention Center. They spoke about policing in the 21st century and took questions from the audience.
